Dear Vendors, Artists, and Attendees,
It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you of the rescheduling of our event due to severe weather conditions. Your safety is and always will be our top priority. For this reason, the event has been rescheduled to February 22-23, 2025.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL TO THE SAVANNAH CONVENTION CENTER. The Talmadge Memorial Bridge remains closed, and the conditions around the venue and on the roads have been deemed unsafe for travel. Please stay safe and do not attempt to come to the venue until further notice.
We want you to know how much this decision weighs on us. We know how much time, effort, and expense you have all put into being a part of this event, and we did everything we could to make this happen as planned. We worked tirelessly, exploring every possible option to ensure the event could move forward safely. But as the weather continued to worsen and new safety concerns arose, it became clear that moving forward as planned would put everyone at risk—and that was simply not an option.
We cannot express enough how deeply sorry we are for this disruption. We know how far many of you have traveled, the sacrifices you’ve made, and the excitement you’ve had for this event. We share in your disappointment and heartache over this unforeseen situation. Please know this decision was not made lightly—we pushed to the very last moment, hoping for a solution that would allow us to proceed safely. Unfortunately, some circumstances are beyond anyone’s control.
All attendees, vendors, and artists will be automatically rolled over to the new dates—February 22-23, 2025. No action is needed on your part to secure your spot for these rescheduled dates.
We want to emphasize that while our terms and conditions outline a no-refund policy, which you can review here: Savannah Animazing Terms & Conditions, we are working diligently to ensure that the rescheduled event will meet and exceed your expectations.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time. This has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, and we hope you know how much we care about each of you—our attendees, vendors, and artists.
